ApproveTrail is my independent software service focused on helping freelancers, consultants, creative professionals and small teams organise document reviews and approvals more clearly. It exists because feedback and sign-off are rarely the smoothest part of working with documents, and because most small businesses only need structure rather than a complex enterprise platform.

Why review organisation matters

A document review is a record as much as a conversation. When feedback, versions and approval status are kept consistently, questions become easy to answer: what was asked, what changed, who approved it and when.

The problem the software addresses

Feedback tends to spread across email, chat and marked-up files. Versions get confused, deadlines are forgotten and history becomes difficult to search. ApproveTrail brings documents, reviewer feedback, approval status, versions and revision notes into one structured workspace.

Supporting independent professionals and small teams

The packages are shaped around real working patterns: one freelancer sending work for client feedback, a consultant managing several engagements, or a small team sharing review records. Nothing assumes a large enterprise deployment.

Transparent package limits

User allowances, active-review limits and document-record limits are published on the Pricing page before purchase and repeated in your setup information. If a limit does not suit you, additional capacity can be discussed.

One-time pricing

Every package is bought once. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no stored card details on this website.

Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, digital access or setup instructions are sent to the email address entered during checkout. Nothing is posted and no physical product is shipped.

Customer support

Support is provided directly by me. Enquiries sent through the contact form or by email are normally reviewed within one business day.

ApproveTrail is a workflow and approval-management tool. It does not provide legal advice, document certification, electronic-signature certification, regulated compliance services or any other professional legal service. ApproveTrail does not guarantee that a document will be approved, does not offer real-time collaborative editing and does not send automatic reminder emails. Customers remain responsible for the legal or commercial suitability of documents reviewed using ApproveTrail.

ApproveTrail is independently owned and operated by Tilak Giri as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. As a sole trader, ApproveTrail is not a limited company, a legal practice or a regulated professional services firm.
